Orders:

1. How do I change the shipping address on an order?

You should be able to update your shipping address after login in your account.

You may also contact our Customer Loyalty Team at 1-000-000-0000 immediately if you need to change the shipping address on your order.

Due to security reasons, we cannot change addresses over email or social media.

Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address.

2.The item I want is out of stock in my size, will it be restocked?

Most of the inventory we carry consists of closeouts, discontinued styles, and hard-to-find styles. Quantities may be limited, and the option of restocking may not readily be available. If you see an item you like, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible!

3.How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order online, log in to My Account and click on the Order Number that has items you want to cancel. (The status must say Submitted or Processing to be eligible for online cancellation.) Check the items in your order you'd like to cancel then click 'Cancel Checked Items'. On the next screen, select a reason why you want to cancel the item(s) and click the 'Submit Cancellation' button. If your order was eligible for cancellation, the next screen will say: "Thanks! Your cancellation request has been successfully processed!"

Contact our Customer Loyalty Team at 1-000-000-0000 immediately if you need assistance cancelling an order. Due to security reasons, we cannot cancel orders over social media. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to cancel the order

4.Do you do back orders?

Amadicro does not do back orders

5. How long will it take before I receive my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.

Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).

** Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All expected delivery dates are provided at the checkout page. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping items in your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation which may be some watches due to the batteries they contain.

 

2. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

At this time orders may only be shipped to US States and Territories. Please keep in mind that using third-party shipping services is at your own risk.

3. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Shipments can be made to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.* Expedited shipping is not available to these address types.

4. Can I expedite my shipping

The following shipping options are available when you check out.

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

Amadicro currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

2. Can I pay for my order with money order or cashier's check?

Amadicro does not accept money order or cashier's check at this moment.

3. Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Amadicro collects tax on orders shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

If you are shipping to any of these states, any applicable tax will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. Please keep in mind, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to a state listed above.

Note:

If you live or ship your items in the state of Alabama, you may incur the simplified sellers use tax normally charged to Alabama customers and remitted on behalf of Alabama customers to the Alabama Department of Revenue.
